Decorating & Furniture/SIDE TABLES FOR LARGE SECTIONAL

Question
I have a LARGE sectional in my family room.  The left end of the sofa is where
the walkway into the room begins.  On the other side of the walk way we
have barstools that are used at our kitchen high top counter.  The arms of my
couch are low...22" and when the stools are pulled out when someone is
sitting on them, the walkway space is only 3' from the back of the barstool to
the couch.  My problem is that I need a low small end table for this side of
the couch, and can't find anything that works.  I can send pictures if you
would like to see my dilemma.  I hope you can help.  Thanks you.

Answer
Hi Julie,

Your dilemma is a common one these days.  What you'll need to do is look for a small ottoman that is slight in its height, and upholstered, to avoid the sharp edges.  Ottomans are versatile in thta they can be used for extra seating, tables for drinks or a nice spot to put your feet up.
