Decorating & Furniture/Curtains for pushed out bay window

Question
Hi Jenny, We have pushed out bay windows in our living room and dining room, both on the front of the house.  We currently have sheers, and are wondering about your suggestions for draperies.  The rooms are more formal.  Also, where do we obtain angled curtain rods?  If possible, we would rather not have to pay for custom curtains.  Thank you for your help!
Julie

Answer
Julie,

Kirsch Rods (which you can find on the Internet) used to make a curved rod.  You may want to check that out.  Am wondering how your sheers are hung?

If the bay window is comprised of individual windows, you could "treat" the windows separately.  If you are looking to "dress up" the overall look of the bay window, consider using stationary drapery panels (floor to ceiling OR at least 94" long) on either side of the bay (attaching the rods to the wall).

Regards,
Jenny
