Question
How much space is needed for an oval table 41" X 73" with seating for 6. Chairs out with 6 people seated.
Thank you!

Answer
Dear Susan,
Here are some clearance requirements for dining rooms.
Space for occupied chair          1'6" -1'10"
Space to get into chairs          1'10"-3'
Space for person to assist in seating          4'6"
Traffic path around table and
occupied guests          1'6"-2'

To sum it up you will need 5-6 ft. of space from the table to the wall on all four corners of the table to get the most comfortable arrangment. Hope this helps. Good luck.
