Question
Hi Jenny,
My living room is 12feet by 20feet.I have just recently pursched a taupe micro fiber sofa and love seat, my walls are beige and my floor is oak lamenited, my fireplace is oak wood. My dining room can be seen from the living room {it is four steps up from the living room} it is painted a very light pink shade. What color should I paint my living room walls to match the furniture? I like greens but I don't know if this would match everything else. My drapes are also taupe color. Please help

Answer
Since green is a color you like, use it.  Go a little darker than celery - maybe even toward sage.  Greens go great with shades of red (like pink!).  Then "integrate" the two spaces by adding some throw pillows that have the pink wall color in them.
