AboutMichelle Expertise I can answer most any question asked of me, with the exception of questions about whom they`re dating, etc, as that is not my place. Any question I can`t answer off the top of my head, I can find the answer to, if given a bit of time to research.
Experience I have extensive knowledge of this group, as I have been a fan my entire life. I first became a fan at age 6, and am now 28. I have stacks of articles, books, even videos and DVD's of this group. I have seen them live many times, and have met the guys on several occasions.
Organizations belong to I belong to the Official site, VH1, as well as several smaller Def Leppard newsgroups around the web.

Question Hi Michelle my name is Aaron and as you can see I already asked this question to the SiriuslySav guy on this listing and he did not know the answer. I was reading the information on you and I see that you have met the members of the band Def Leppard so I was wondering if you could help me with this question. I read that before the Pour Some Sugar On Me single was released that the song was a favourite of Def Leppards live shows. I read this on the Wikipedia Encyclopedia site and I am not sure if it is a true fact or not and I know that I asked this question once before and I did not get a solid answer and since you have been a Def Leppard fan for a long time and since you have even met Def Leppard in person I was wondering if you could help me figure out if Sugar was a live concert favourite before it was released as a single in North America and the United Kingdom. I would appreciate it if you could research my question if you can't find it right off the bat. Thank You Michelle for your help, time, and effort. Aaron Wake
Answer I have been unable to find any evidence to back up that claim. Most artists only play solid hits at shows. The Lepps usually only play solid hits, as well. I remember a few years back, when there were a lot of fans begging for them to play "Wasted", and some other more obscure songs off of the first couple of albums, and they were basically told "no", because not a lot of people know those songs.
I was still in elementary school when Hysteria was released, so I was obviously not at any live shows to witness this.
From what I understand, "Sugar" became a huge live hit after it was released as a single.
If I get the chance to ask any of the band members that question, I will, and if I get a different answer, I'll let you know, but for now, my answer is, "Doubt it."
