Def Leppard/Rick Allens Ludwig Drum Kit

According to Wikipedia's entry on Rick Allen, Def Leppard's management gave the drumset away some time just after his accident. I too would be curious to find out what happened to it. As for me, Rick Allen is the reason I started playing drums as well.

Your answer to this question is at this link:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rick_Allen_%28drummer%29
There it quotes:
"Much to the dismay of Rick, the Ludwig drumkit he used on High & Dry and Pyromania has since been given away by Def Leppards former management."
So, there you have it...it is nowhere to be found, except in the basement of a friend of one of their old managers.

I am the person who added this to Wikipedia. Thais is what Rick Allen's manager Karen at the Raven Drum Foundation told me. I was interested in the set and was told that again his old management gave the kit away. Now I did meet Rick at a Meet N Greet but when it came time to asking him about the kit he was already a little put off because I was asking him about the set. I think I pissed him off with my questions. I guess I havent "forgiven" him about the car accident. After all he was the drummer of Def Leppard who got my playing drums at the age of 12.
