I cry from my heart this morning,my ten months old boy fall down from stair,and he lost two lower only tooth,what should I do,when or can I install a pair false tooth,thanks

I'm very sorry to hear that, but don't worry - everything is going to be all right. In this moment you can't do anything. But it's advisable to pay a visit to your dentist,so he can see if there are injuries to the bone structure. You must wait until all the deciduous teeth erupt, then your dentist will place a special orthodontic device, which will keep the space for the permanent teeth.
