Question
I have what i believe they call a post for one of my top front teeth.  It has recently come loose and will fall out before i can have someone see it.  What is the best way/product to hold it in?  Are there any health concerns i should be aware of?

You can fix it back in temporarily with a temporary cement http://www.churchstreetdental.co.uk/products.php?req=view&product_id=69

Just make sure you don't swallow it!  Otherwise you won't come to any harm as long as you get it refitted fairly soon.
