It was there that I learned the true meaning of excellence.

Question Hi, my son just turned 8 this past September. His 2 top incisor teeth have not came in and fell out quite some time ago, and he has the gaps there where they are supposed to be. He has his 2 adult front top teeth and everything seems to be ok on the bottom. I am concerned at what could possibly be delaying them from coming in. Thank you!
Answer Julie,
It is the sequence of eruption that is more important than the speed. If the adult teeth do not come in within a year of when the baby teeth were lost, it may be best to have his dentist take an xray to check on the adult teeth. Otherwise, just sit back, relax, and let nature take its course.
