Question sir, wanted to know what are the different ways of autogenous bone grafting . other than using a bone trephine , to obtain bone from intraoral source , for management of infrabony defects .

bone grafting techiniques and donor areas depends on how much bone do you need.
If you only want to fill some intrabony SMALL defects, you can take it at the same time of the flap procedure.
