Question
Shouldn't my general dentist have known what you have told me? And shouldn't he have informed me that the implant crown #8 needed to be corrected before I went ahead with a crown on #7? When #8 is redone, what are the chances that #7 also has to be redone?
How should I respond to my dentist if he claims that the space or gap is not a problem, and that I should live with it?
Thanks again

Answer
some dentists have better eyes for this sort of thing than others. plus you did not really notice #8 until #7 was done. what you need to do is sit down with a mirror and your dentist and point out these things. then ask him/her point blank what needs to be done to correct things to your satisfaction. make sure he/she can deliver what  you want. you need to hear confidence from him/her. good luck
