Question
I have a 7mm nodule on parotid gland. Other symptoms swollen clavicular (changes in size, has been as big as 2x2 1/2 inches) at larger size heat comes off it and sweat. Facial sensations, some nausea.  Had poor dental work @ 2006 mostly (poorly done root canals, perforations, dental material left in gum as well as broken file, nerve injury, had cellulites UL) in end lost 11 teeth.  Have dental implants (got in Fall 08).  Also had braces (just got off-Oct 09).  Could any of this be the cause of the nodule/symptoms?  I was in excellent health prior this dental work.  After it I also had to have a papilloma removed from R breast, doesn't drainage go under the breast too?
Is an ENT the best specialist to see for my problem?

Shelly -  It is not common for there to be any relationship with Parotid problems and dental work.  The only time would be if the dentist cut your cheek where the Parotid duct comes into the mouth.  If that occurred, you would have noticed it; it would have been sore.  

You should definitely make an appointment with an ENT doctor for treatment of the gland problem.  I wish you well and hope you feel better soon.
