QUESTION: its a permanate tooth molar
Dear Tal, root canal is better as it is a permanent tooth and once lost tooth will not be replaced by any tooth. If the tooth can be restored to proper function, you should go ahead with root canal. An extraction will result in loss of tooth and further replacement with bridge or implant will be required at later age.
