Question
How can confirm root canaling was done or not? Due to tooth ache I had to remove my bridge. It had some food particles inside. I have approached other dentist as the one who did the bridging has closed his business. The new doc says there is no sign that root canaling was done by previous doc.

Answer
Hi Milind,

The easiest way is with an Xray. If a root canal was done, there will be "white" spaces down the center of the roots where the filling material is. If one is not done, the spaces will be gray/black.

Hope this helps.
