Question
Dr. I have a 5 yr. old upper denture, that  I have had checked, dentists say I do not need a reline. The next to last tooth on the denture has worn down, and could you tell me if they can replace the tooth on the denture? Thanks

Answer
Hi LeeAnn,

Yes, the tooth on your denture can be replaced.  There are 2 types of denture teeth, porcelain or plastic.  Yours could be either.  The plastic ones are easier to replace and more likely to stay.
