Dentistry/thin vertical brown lines upper front 2teeth

Hi my daughter is 10years old and has in the last couple of months developed several very fine brown lines on her upper front 2 teeth.  She has coeliac disease which was diagnosed when she was 6years and follows a strict gluten-free diet.  The area we live in does not have fluorodated water but she uses a fluoride containing toothpaste twice a day.  She also has attention deficit disorder and has been taking Ritalin for about 9months now. I would be interested if you could offer any suggestions as to cause and will send an image if you feel this may be helpful.  (Obviously she is not drinking coffee, tea or smoking!)

Dear Shona,
would be pleased to comment, but I need more information.
Where on the teeth are the lines , are they even in color, on the incisor tipsl, or near the gum line, front or back, any sign of similar coloration on other teeth, when did the lines first appear, how long have they been there, are they getting darker or lighter or does the color stay the same.
The internet works but not too well with questions that require visualization.
If you can send a picture or give me a fuller description.
All the best,
Dr. Moss
