My ear canel is racked with pain as well as my mouth now Its Sunday Help!

Answer
Barbara, I am NOT A DENTIST! so I am not qualified to answer your question. I try to help people with TMJ because I have experience with it.   TMJ can cause pain in the face, and ear canal, and it can make it feel like you have a toothache even though there is nothing at all wrong with the tooth.  But I suggest that you consult a dentist and/or doctor to find out the correct cause of your symptoms.  You can try cold packs for the pain, for now.  I wouldn't put any oragel on the tooth.  Also, You can always go to a hospital emergency room on a Sunday.  THey always have doctors and maybe dentists also, on hand for emergencies.Good Luck.

I AM NOT A DENTIST!!!!!!!! PLEASE DON'T ASK ME ANY QUESTIONS THAT SHOULD BE ANSWERED BY A DENTAL PROFESSIONAL..but I have had TMJ so I can answer questions on how I finally got my TMJ under control. I have several things I have done to treat myself, plus suggestions on what professionals to seek out, exercises, the best nightguard devices, etc..

Experience

I've had TMJ for over six years.
