Dentistry/Severe phobia

Question
Please help me, i have a really bad phobia of anything dentist related. I have tried going on websites about dental fear and everything. I have realised that i probably need treatment, but i really would only be able to have this under general anaesthetic. Is there any way of having this in a hospital. Please dont ask me to ask my own dentist, i don't have one. I'm that scared that i have to walk a different way into uni to avoid going through the dental school building.
Is there anyone i can speak to to get reffered. I know i need to get rid of my phobia as well, but i need to sort my teeth soon.
thank you so much.

Answer
You can have IV sedation - but you will need to talk to a dentist about it - just can't pop into the hospital and get it done with out an exam beforehand.  If you are that scared - maybe you should talk with a therapist before - and they can help you ind someone to do this work under sedation
