Question
Is it ever normal for healthy teeth to wiggle EVERY SO SLIGHTLY by pushing it with the tongue. Thanks

Answer
Teeth do have the ability to wiggle VERRY slightly. They are suspended in their socket by ligaments. But you should not be able to detect this movement. If there is some bone loss, then teeth can be more mobile. Do not play with them with your tongue. Repeated pushing against them with your tongue can loosen them up. Have your dentist evaluate things at your next checkup appointment. Unless they are super loose, you do not need to worry about them at this time. You can easily wait until your checkup. The only way to be absolutely sure that everything is okay is with some xrays and an examination. I hope this information helps.
