Question
I am 26 year old. I have problem of “Tooth Mobilityâ€?. As per x-ray bone of my front 2 teethes  is dissolved thus booth teeth have mobility also tow more teethes have a little mobility so we can say I have problem with 4 teeaths but two teethes have “bone dissolved “ problem. I have visited a few doctors and them come up with different opinions and suggested me these options

1. Splinting of 4 teeaths
2. Crowning of 4 teeaths
3. Bone implant in two teeaths.

Could you please guide me to chose any option and compare there benifts / disadvantges?

Answer
sorry but without a clinical exam and a few films i can't answer this question. however, splinting makes sense. bone grafting will not tighten teeth up since you can't regain attachment of the tooth to the bone.hope this helps
Regards and good luck
