i just want to know that how to stop bad breath my mouth stinks very bad even though i brush every day please help me

Bad breath can be the result of anything that may occur in the path of the airway. This may include oral disease, upper respiratory infection, dietary habits, and metabolic disease. Some examples include:
-tooth decay
-periodontal (gum) disease
-dietary constituents (garlic, onion, leek, shallot, durian)
-recreational drugs (tobacco, marijuana, alcohol)
-digestive disease (gastroesophageal reflux, peptic ulcer, Crohn's disease, gi malignancy, occult gastrointestinal bleeding)
-metabolic disorder (diabetes, uremia, sepsis)
-respiratory disease (uri, pulmonary disease, bronchitis)

Your best course of action is to visit your dentist for a thorough diagnostic session, and manage any problems that may be discovered. If dental examination does not disclose any likely cause for bad breath, you'll need to determine which of the above areas may warrant further investigation in your case, and consult the appropriate doctor.
