I am experiencing exactly what the last patient was asking about. I would appreciate it if he can let us know what was it.

Thanks

I am experiencing exactly the same thing....  any further discussion on the topic?  I only noticed this tiny dark spot a week ago when I also realized that it appeared that I had something similar to thrush on my tongue.  I am taking an antibiotic to attempt to treat both right now.  Anyone have any further comment?
