I am not a dentist. However, I would like to second the experience of the patient. I just recently had 2 resin fillings. You have just described all the symptoms in your comment, which includes headaches, sinus and pain. I believe that there is something in the Resin, which has not been discussed.

I had resin used to fix a posterior tooth a week ago. About 5 days after the tooth was fixed, I woke up with a watery eye and pain below my eye/side of my nose when I pushed on it.  My nose was also stuffy, so I was thinking I might have a sinus infection. I blew my nose very hard and to my horror a object, that at first glance looked like a worm, came out of my nostril. After examing it further and realizing that it was not alive, I realized that it was a twisted up piece of resin that had dripped into my throat while getting the tooth fixed. (since I was tipped way back in the dental chair, this "dripped resin" found its way into my sinus cavity only later to be blown out through my nostril) It was not hard like the tooth resin because it was never exposed to UV light for hardening. Please have someone check your sinus cavities for resin. I would have never believed something like this could be possible had it not happened to myself!
