Ok so I am 12.and I have a dot on my upper right gum.it's tender.and it is also white.it REALLY gets on my nerves.I looked it up.I thought it might have been oral thrush.but  I don't think so because oral thrush has tons of dots!and I don't smoke.I haven't done anything and I am getting worried.I think you might have the same thing that I have because you and I only have 1 or 2 dots.hope this helps.I'm sure your going to be okay.hang in there
