Dentistry/flossing

Question
What I meant is that I have trouble flossing manually, I have cerebral palsy.  I have seen some flossing aids such as stimudents, brushes, power flossers, etc.. I just thought 1 of these might help me.  Right now I have somne  of those angled floss picks which does help but i still have a little trouble and not sure if I am even doing it right and getting all the plaque off.  What about the mouth rinse "plax" would that be adaquate in removing enough plaque along with the waterpik or do i need to use floss.  Like I said I have troube with manual flossing, I think the brush or something like that would help me.  Any advice.

Thank you for clearing things up. Glide makes a floss pick. This is a small plastic piece with a small piece of floss built in. They are easy to hold and use. Look for those at your pharmacy. Maybe you should consider an electric brush...perhaps a sonic one. Sonicare is a good one as is the Oral B Sonic brush. This extra speed may help you out as well. See if these ideas help. Good luck,
