Dear expert
Hi
I am 57 years old woman.i wear denture. i have problem with gums at bottom side as swelling,pain too much with denture.i changed my dentures three times in 4 years.My dentures bother me alot while eating anything.please recommend something to me to solve my problem.

I do not understand why a dentist cannot make you comfortable. If you have minimal bone, there can be retention problems. A way to avoid future problem is to look into implant supported dentures. The dentist would place 2-4 implants in and have them support and retain new dentures. This will cost more but you should finally get the results you desire. Get some consultations with dentists who have a lot of experience with these. You can find prosthodontists  who are specialists in complex dentures. Make some calls today and get yourself on the track to comfort. Good Luck.
