Question
Is there any treatment to restore gums after they've started to recede?

Answer
Yes,
There are many options that are available to recover an exposed root. Periodontists are specialists in treating this type of problem. My advice would be to see a periodontist who can evaluate your gum recession and offer possible solutions. If you need a referral to a good periodontist in your area, log on to www.perio.org and click on "find a periodontist"

Best of luck,
