Dentistry - tooth

Expert: Jeff Dalin DDS - 1/18/2007

Question
I was recently hit in the mouth, and now i have pain coming from one tooth,  it is the sharp bottom tooth that is basically in the front of my mouth. sometimes i can almost hear it clicking when i move mouth certain ways.  I also have a hard time chewing,  well this go away or am i going to have to have the tooth pulled.

Answer
i wonder if the tooth has been pushed into a different position. call you dentist and get in there for an xray and evaluation. make sure the root is not broken. maybe the bite needs adjustment. these are all possible ideas for you to look into. good  luck
