Question

Leg rash
I have a 22 month old son.  At the beginning of January we noticed a red bumpy rash on his neck, chest and back and he had a cold.  Doctor said it was a viral exanthem.  A few days later it dissappeared.  Then it came back a week later.  THis time it had spread to include his hands and arms.  ONce agin doctor said a viral exanthem.  It too disappeared.  When it reappeared this time it is full body.  He also began running 104-105 degree fever.  Took him to the ER and they ruled out strep and blood counts came back normal.  It doesn't appear to bother him but it is made worse when he has a fever or when he takes a bath.  We haven't changed any detergents or soaps.  Wondering if we should see a dermatologist.  Our last visit to the doctor he named it fifth disease.  However his cheeks have never had the obvious redness of that rash and a few of these bumps appear to have a white head. (particularly on his fingers)  Here is a pic of his legs showing the most recent spread.  This is also a very fair skinned child.
