Dermatology/Hard white bump under Penis Glans

Question
Hi,
I'm a 25 year old sexually active (steady girlfriend) uncircumcised male with a dilemma.
I've noticed a small to medium white solidish bump just under the head of my penis (right where the glans meet the shaft), It is tender when rubbed/squeezed hard enough. I first noticed it after a particularly vigorous masturbation session, and I'm wondering if it is a benign bump such as a sebaceous cyst or something much worse..I'm planning to give it 2 weeks to see if it goes away first before consulting a M.D. as I'm now worrying that it may be cancerous, but Any help/ideas would be appreciated.

My apologies if this question was sent twice, I mistakenly entered the incorrect email address.

Answer
Most likely you have a type of cyst on the penis.  Treatment of true cysts is surgery because true cysts have a capsule which needs to be removed.  There are pseudocysts that do not have a capsule that resolve in time if they are not manipulated.  If the lesion does not resolve you can visit a dermatologist or a urologist.
