Question
For several months i get what looks like, zits on the inside of my nose. They are so painful. If i can i pop it with a clean bobby pin and put topical antibiotic on it afterwards. But until it come to head, it hurts soooooooooo bad. Please help me and give me an idea what it is.

Answer
You most likely have a staph abscess inside of your nose.  This can be a common occurrence in some patients.  I would visit your dermatologist and get a prescription for ALTABAX which is a new topical antibiotic that covers staph and put a little inside your nose twice a day and see if that helps.  This treatment has been found to be very helpful for those that have cysts/abscesses inside of their nose.
