Question
I get some dry skin patches that are located on my chest, front of neck, near ears, smaller sizes on face and just recently one on my scalp. They are a lighter color than my skin own tone. They start out with little bumps, get dry in the area and flake off easily if I scratch at it, the dry patch will continue to come back, flake off and sometimes leave a small mark like scar. The only one on my scalp had a tiny bit of bleeding when the dry patch came off.  Please help, any ideas?  No insurance here right at the moment, Im beginning to get worried.  :(
