Dermatology - weird, new skin conditions

Question
Hello. I have 2 skin issues. One is I have these small, almost clear bumps on my legs. It started out as one longer one. Like a centimeter long. I thought it was an old, forgotten scare. Then I noticed other ones like it popping up all around on the chin of my left leg. I have none on my other leg. I know it's definitely not razor burn. If I pick at them, or pop them they scab up, and come back, looking like a scar or a small cluster of scar like pimples. Then I have a small scab on the top of my lip. Not touching my lip, but right above it. It has been there for over a year now. If I pick it, it never heals. If I leave it alone it stays a dry like little scab. Please let me know what you think. I am a little worried. Thank you, Jenna

Answer
If the lesion above your lip does not heal then it needs a biopsy to make sure it is not a skin cancer.  Visit your local dermatologist for a biopsy.  The clear bumps on your leg could be a contact dermatitis which is an allergic reaction to something that got on your skin.  The clear bumps could also be a virus as in warts.  Since I cannot see your leg, I recommend that you visit your local dermatologist for the correct diagnosis.
