Dermatology - Reoccuring swollen and painful fingers
Expert: Uribe - 11/6/2009
Question Several times a year my thumb, index and middle fingers on both hands swell with spotted patches of red blister like inclusions. They occur mostly on the pads, never in the palm or on the ring or little fingers. These are extremely painful and last about two weeks. At their peak they look and feel like burns. They swell to tightness but never crack open.
Answer Seems herpes withlow.
