Question
My uncle has white spots through out his body. He has consulted many doctors , but there was no use. They have said that they are somewhat like spots like shobi. So he has neglected them. But he is uncomfortable with them. They are looking so ugly. So please give me an alternative to this.

Answer
The first thing to do is go get a diagnosis.  Are the spots Vitiligo which is a depigmenting disease?  Phototherapy is one form of treatment.  Topical cortisone are another.  Your uncle should get a biopsy of one of the spots to get a diagnosis. Vitiligo is very difficult to treat.
