Question I am trying to identify the cause of a single skin lesion: solid red (little to no central clearing), perfectly circular with clear demarcation of the edges, somewhat rough/crusty surface (small amount of exudation), located high on the lateral aspect of the thigh. Discomfort is mild and is only associated with moderately aggressive handling. Size: 1.2cm
