I have a sunburn like redness under my chin and on my chest and part of my neck.  It appeared this NOvember.  Went to the derm.  Had Lupus testing done-negative.  Biopsy came back sun damage and vascular.  I am 52 periomenopausal.  The "rash" is reactive meaning it can get redder during the course of the day.  It is sometimes itchy, burn like, or tingling.  I was told to use Alpha Hydroxy lotion but it is quite painful.  Any other suggestions.  The skin under my neck also suddenly seems to not have as much elasticity and also can see some type of lines that look like small stretch marks in the right light????  Any insight?  I would like relief and this rash to fade...I have literally a redneck!
