i have had white spots on my face ever since i was 4 or 5 years of age.m doctor said that it was caused by the sun.but i tried to stay out of the sun that made no difference. nothing he ever gave me worked.the spots are more like patches, they are not rough they are smooth like my skin.i am a black female at the age of 18.i seriously need help because the spots are now dominating my face...i am losing the brown in my skin.is this genetical?
