Expert: Uribe - 6/9/2009

Question
Red bumpy rash the size of a dime appeared three days ago, on my neck just
below my right ear.  Yesterday my lymph node under my right ear is swollen
and very sore. It is so swollen and sore that i have difficulty turning my head
without pain.  This morning i felt a little better but my throat was sore when i
ate solid foods but not liquids.  I have been washing the rash at least 3 times
daily with aintibacterial soup and putting neosporen on it constantly.  

I'm under alot of stress, only working part time, have no health insurance and
have been planning a wedding for the past 11months.  I will be getting
married next month.  Could this be due to stress or is it something more
serious?  I dont want to go to the doctor unless there is nothing i can do over
the counter for this.
