Question last wk tue I laid out it was an over cast day...well that night maybe next day my lips were reddish mostly on top lip. the next day they were a bit swollen nothing noticeable to anyone but me.... i been keeping them soft with chapstick... now its like their tight feeling and their soft sometimes their swollen a tab bit sometimes not... today i noticed a faint light redish line on the underside of my lip.... it doesnt hurt.. my lips feel dry and tight... what is this.. wind burn? sun burn.? how long does it last?
