Question about a week ago, i started noticing little red spoltches on my chest, upper chest, and torso area. they do not itch or burn, they arent painful in anyway. but to the touch it is rough, almost like peeling skin. they are mostly on my chest (breast) area but i see some on teh sides of my skin too. i cant think of anything new ive used on my body, or any new place where i could possibly get a rash. what is it?
