I got a prescription recently of Protopic for my eczema and it said in the pharm packet not to wrap the area with plastic wrap or something. I was planning to wear vinyl gloves or something so I don't stain my clothes or get the stuff on other things. Does the area (between my fingers) really need to be open to the air because I think I would literally be able to do nothing for hours if I couldn't cover the medicated area up.

The reason they say not to wrap the area where the Protopic is applied is because wrapping causes greater penetration of the Protopic. Thus, if you had a large area applied with Protopic more would be systemically absorbed and you could have possible  side of facets.
