Dermatology/tiny red pimples forming cluster

Question
I was taking oral antibiotics for 5 weeks in a row for a skin infection.  The infection seems to have subsided however there are tiny red pimples forming a cluster around the pores.  How does one clear the skin from this after effect of the antibiotics?  Thank you very much for your kind help.

Answer
You may have developed a different type of infection called pityrosporum folliculitis which is a yeast infection triggered by over use of oral antibiotics. You may have to have a biopsy of one of the new lesions to determine if you now have a yeast infection.
