Dermatology/Lines on Forearm that come and go

Recently I've noticed these weird vertical stretch mark-like lines on my forearm but they come and go everyday. They appear for an hour or so then go away and this happens about two or three times a day. What could this be?

Without seeing the skin lesion it is difficult to make a diagnosis. However, you could have a skin condition called dermatographism. This is a form of urticaria if the skin is scratched or irritated a red line develops. Treatment is with antihistamines because this condition is mediated by histamine.
