Dermatology/rash from chlorine


Since moving back to ontario from an island in the Caribbean 5 years ago I developed a rash on the back of my neck and upper back. I tried changing laundry detergents and fabric sheets with moderate success. The rash persisted but not too bad. I have recently moved to a city where the chloine in the water supply is higher and now the rash is really bad.
