Dermatology/red swelling lump on hand

Hello I  have red swelling lump on the palm of my hand It started as a blister  but the steroid medicine doctor gave me clear that up Where the blister was i'm still have flares up red swelling lump It has been over a year now  I was wonder if  you think I should see a dermatology Or someone suggested cold laser therapy Thank you Carolyn

If you have had a skin lesion for that long a time. I would get a biopsy to determine a cause. Causes of red bumps on the hand include: various types of cysts, inflamed moles, inflamed warts, scars, fungal infections, bacterial infections, different types of eczema and others.
