Question
rash
rash
Hi I am 42 female. I have been to the dermatologist three times now. I have this rash on my face that is acne like but no whiteheads and the bigger one just keeps peeling. I have been told it's rosacea which I'm really not sure that's the case. I have been on differin, metrogel, elidel and doxycycline which I could only take for 10 days it screwed up my stomach and digestive system. Do you have any idea what this is. I have never had anything like this before. Its been a month and it's getting worse.

Answer
The lesions on your face do not look like Rosacea. Your facial lesions look more like acne. Causes of acne are diet, stress, hormonal, genetics and cosmetics.
If you were my patient I would put you on Solodyn and a topical like Epiduo and see you back in 4-6 weeks.
