Answer The skin lesions you describe are not mole but superficial blood vessels called angiomas. The ability to grow angomas is genetic. Thus, if your parent had angiomas then you will have angiomas. I have angiomas on my trunk. Unless the angiomas bother you or bleed then do not need to be removed. Most insurance companies will not pay to get angiomas removed since they are not cancerous. Since I cannot see your skin, I cannot be totally sure of the diagnosis thus if your are worried then vist your local dermatologist.
