I am 47 years old and was prescribed Retin-A Micro .04%to aid in wrinkle reduction/skin clarity.  I use it at night, and moisturize in the morning, and sunscreen!  Can I or should I also moisturize in the eve over the Retin-A?  Thank you very much.

If you want to use the Moisturizer with the Retin-A Micro that is fine.

Do I use the Retin A over or under the moisturizer?  Does it affect its' effectivness?  Thank you again!

Studies show that there is no adverse effect if Retin A and Moisturizers are used together.  I like Renovo 0.05% cream as I fell it is better than the Micro.  Micro sits on top of the skin and cannot be rubbed in because the medication is in miro beeds.  If you rub too much that defeats the idea of the miro beads.
