I have heard that an excellent treatment for severely oily skin is Levulan combined with Photofacial to "activate"' the levulan.  I have severely oily skin with sebaceous gland hyperplasia.  I had one treatment with this and the areas began to shrink.  I plan to have another when I can afford it as the Levulan is kind've expensive.
